Mr. Mazher Jumani

Chief Executive Officer

Mr. Mazher Jumani has over 30 years of experience in the garment business. He has worked in every aspect of the industry from cotton ginning to garment manufacturing. He was appointed the Chairman of the Pakistan Hosiery Manufacturers Association (PHMA) in 1984. He has a B.Com from the University of Karachi.

Mr. Zafar Abdullah

Managing Director

Mr. Zafarali Abdullah started Proline in 1990 as a commercial knitter. He is the man behind the wheel and has been very involved in getting Proline where it is today. Procurement of capital equipment, future plant locations, human resources, logistics and the dyeing and finishing house all fall under his domain.

Mr. Ali Panju

Director Sales and Marketing

Mr. Ali Panju joined Proline in 2005. Prior to this, he was the General Manager at one of the largest privately held printing companies in Canada. He has an excellent understanding of operating a lean, flexible and profitable manufacturing facility; he managed a 24 hour operation for over 10 years. His portfolio includes sales and marketing, merchandising and IT. He has a Bachelors in Administrative Studies (Hons.) from York University.

Mr. Kumail Panju

Director Manufacturing

The youngest member of the management team, Kumail is responsible for the planning and execution of the entire cutting and stitching departments. Sourcing of fabric also falls under his portfolio. Prior to joining Proline, he worked for IBM Canada as a technical analyst. He has a passion for perfection and a flair for motivation and has streamlined production and increased the productivity significantly. He has a diploma in Business Computer Systems from Seneca College, Toronto.

Mr. Abid Sohail

Manager Dyeing & Finishing

Mr. Abid Sohail is one of our oldest employees at Proline. He joined the company as a lab assistant in 1993 and through his brilliance, technical expertise and desire to learn was promoted to Manager of the Dyeing and Finishing Plant in 2000. He has been instrumental in increasing the capacity of the dyeing plant to where it is today. Presently he heads a team of over 100 staff members. He has B.Sc in Chemistry from the University of Karachi.

Mr. Arif Yousuf

Manager Cutting and Sewing

Mr. Arif Yousuf has over 20 years of experience in the garment business. He joined Proline in 1998 as a cutting room supervisor. His keenness to take on additional responsibility, attention to detail, ability to motivate his colleagues and his execution of running an efficient cutting floor was noticed. He was promoted to Cutting and Sewing Manager within a few years of working at Proline. He has over 500 staff members reporting to him. Prior to joining Proline, Arif owned and managed a small cut to pack unit.
